Fixed Time/Fixed Price

A fixed time / fixed price model works best when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. Our objective is to have a relatively low risk operating model and we work with clients to define expected deliverables and timelines to determine a mutually agreed fixed price. Our refined process guarantees reliability, predictability and optimized performance of the projects and assures on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Time and Material

A Time & Material Business Model allows our clients the flexibility to alter the project specification on an ongoing basis based on changing requirements or a dynamic working environment. This model best suits complex projects inclined to specification and design changes. We mutually agree to an hourly cost prior to project start. The client has the flexibility to revise the team size, optimizing the cost and duration of the project.

Dedicated Development Team

A dedicated team operates as an extension of the customer's development center. In this model, we forms project teams, based on the client requirements. For such dedicated relationships, we can implement customer specific quality/process frameworks designed for the specific needs of a client.

Discrete Usage of Blocks of Time

An extremely flexible model which provides use of our expertise on an as needed basis. We agree with the client on a block of time to be used over a fixed period of time. The client can request our services in discrete units over that time period. This is extremely useful for an advisory or support engagement.
